He tore away first of all the old vineyards bought to put itself in accordance with the standards of the Hillsides of Giennois, he made new plantations, with rights obtained through the INAO and the ONIVIN, and maintaining he possesses approximately 3 hectares in
" the Area of Naming of the Hillsides of Giennois", in the Trocadéro.
Since 2009, and after new plantations sauvignon, he is from now on approximately 3,5 hectares of vineyard which are not all in production, because is needed a minimum of 3 years to begin to collect on these new plantations.
His profession it is its passion, and he hopes that his customers find this passion in its wines, so different from one year to the next.
He makes everything to produce quality wines which please the clientele, and it gets him an immense happiness.
The production is sold to the property and on fairs and markets, producers' markets of country, at the cellarmen, the restaurants and the bars.
